June 12, 20090 Comments

For today’s episode we’re going to travel back to Berea, Kentucky for the first Woodworking in America conference. Chris Schwarz presented a lecture that covers a topic many of us struggle with everytime we pick up a tool, be it muscle powered or electrical…TEAROUT!!

While there’s no sure fire cure for tearout and no way to completely eliminate it. We can take steps that’ll help to minimize it so it’s less of an issue. At the time of this recording, Lost Art Press’ printing of Moxon had just come out and was the talk of the seminar. Chris makes reference to it a couple of times, and if you haven’t checked it out yet you really should!

WARNING!! THE VOLUME DURING CHRIS’ LECTURE IS A LITTLE SHAKY…SO YOU MAY HAVE TO TURN IT UP. SORRY!!
