Chicago Lie-Nielsen Tool Event

For the past 3 or 4 years I’ve been traveling to Jeff Miller’s Shop in Chicago for the annual Lie-Nielsen Tool Event. I’ve never been disappointed making the trip, in fact last year was probably one of the best because my son Aiden decided he wanted to come with me. We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves while eyeing up all the amazing tools and learning a thing or two from the presenters.

This year looks to be more of the same. It’s happening this weekend April 1-2 at J. Miller Handcrafted Furniture, 1774 W. Lunt Ave. Chicago, IL. Show hours are Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm.

I haven’t heard who the presenters are yet, but according to the flier emailed out Kevin Drake of Glen-Drake Toolworks will be there and I know Jeff will be a world of knowledge also. And of course the entire staff of Lie-Nielsen Toolworks will be there to demonstrate and answer all your questions. Not to mention this is a great chance to pickup some tools you’ve been wanting to get for a while.
