I feel like I should make some sort of time travel references in this post. Either something about a Tardis or a DeLorean would make the most sense. But why be so cliché (or more likely tacky in my situation)?
Recently I mentioned I was going to start re-releasing old videos from the MBW Archives on my YouTube channel. This has far less to do with trying to drum up new traffic or feeling nostalgic for the good ol’ days of less gray in the facial hair, and more about just making sure the videos get posted somewhere that I don’t have to worry about them getting lost.
My goal is to release as many of these videos as possible over a short time and they don’t represent ALL of the videos I have, but I think these are ones that are most useful.
Part of the fun of re-releasing these videos will be seeing how much the shop has changed and even how much I have changed in my woodworking experience.
The first couple of videos to go live this week are the very first videos I ever produced. There’s some great behind the scenes technical stuff that I can’t believe I did to create them. I know I’ve shared it before, so I won’t bore you with the details here.
Unfortunately, these first two videos are for a project that I eventually completed but also didn’t document all the way through…oops! Still, it’s a great couple of episodes…as far as I’m concerned CHORTLE!
