Wood Talk Meet & Greet at Woodworking in America 2013

October 13, 20134 Comments

In case you’ve missed it somehow, Wood Talk is having its first meet & greet October 19, 2013 at the Keystone Bar & Grill in Covington, Kentucky.

Myself, along with both Marc and Shannon, will be hanging out all night to meet as many fans of the show as are willing to show up. We’ve reserved a room for everyone to stop in, have a drink or order food (sorry, our lack of budget means you have to buy your own), or just stand around and talk about all things woodworking.

We had originally discussed recording a live show with audience participation, but knowing the simple logistics of it was more than the three of us could handle. Besides, this way we’ll have more time to hang-out with all of our best friends who show up!

If you’re in the area, please feel free to stop in and say “HI” even if it’s only for a minute or two, we’d love to meet you. The festivities start around 6:00PM (we’ll be wrapping up a roundtable discussion at Woodworking in America, so we might be a little late, but that’s no reason why you can’t get started without us!)

We’re looking forward to meeting you in person!

  1. Bob Egbert says:

Boy would I love to come but can’t get away have a great time I will be there in spirit.

  2. I would love to meet all three of you, In one place would be really great. Living back here in Omaha, NE would be a really long drive. Good luck to all three of you, it’s sounds like a ton of fun, especially with all three of you talking about woodworking.

  3. Andy Gartzke says:

I’m going to be heading out late afternoon, so I can’t make it. Really disappointed I can’t stop in and say hi. Maybe I’ll run into you in the marketplace… I’ll be cruising for tools! (won’t we all?)
